da bet7: Lots of West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to hijack the club’s tweet in celebration of Manuel Lanzini making 100 Premier League appearances to demand a new deal for the attacking midfielder.
The Argentina international is reportedly close to signing a new contract at the London Stadium with his current terms set to expire in roughly 12 months.
The Hammers do hold the option to extend the 26-year-old’s deal for an additional two years, but want to ensure that their No.10 is tied to the club beyond 2022.
Lanzini is currently in his fifth season with the east London-based side following a move from United Arab Emirates side Al Jazira, and recently made his 100th Premier League appearance for the Irons in a 3-1 win over Watford, in which he won a penalty for Mark Noble to convert.
