A year and a half after he initially agreed to join the Spanish giants from Palmeiras, the attacker is finally set to be unveiled as a Madrid player on Saturday after being forced to wait until he turned 18 before he could leave Brazil.

The striker was initially to be handed the No. 9 jersey at the Santiago Bernabeu, but that plan was abandoned when Kylian Mbappe was given it after joining from Paris Saint-Germain in a free transfer. Instead, Endrick will wear the No. 16 shirt in his first season with Los Blancos, reports
